Diwali Festival Of Lights In North India

Diwali is The Hindu’s festivals. Diwali is festivals of  lights and colors .This is most popular festival  in northern part of India. Diwali festival related to lord Rama’s. In ancient  time people said that the lord ram’s return to ayodhaya . That’s the reason all peoples cleans, renovate their home, decorate with the help of ribbons diya’s candles, lightning bulbs etc.Many  places people organized the Ramlila .They plays ram, Lakshman, Ravan, Sita etc characters. They show how to triumph over Ravan, and who helps to do this after an exile fourteen long years.

Diwali celebrated at nights. Everyone celebrate this festival in northern India.  Diya is most important thing in Diwali. In Himachal people got large diya outside of door and somewhere used 4 smaller diya’s in his outside of the door .Lakshmi  Puja is very important, without lakshmi puja diwali celebration is incomplete. The Diwali Puja is dedicated to the relation of husband and wife to make their bonding stronger day by day. This day all people make some new dishes in their home.

Diwali festivals make everyone happy and joyful. Some children burst crackers; a person goes their friends, neighbor’s homes and gives sweets, good wishes for his family. All over this day becomes happiness and lightning everywhere. This day people purchase gold, silver, copper , jewelry, new stylish clothes on this occasion .In this occasion shopkeepers till open their shop in morning. Some people purchase dry fruits, sweets households are common gift for relatives.
